Worst company ever

I recently purchased a house and discovered that we had a blocked drain. We called Plumbros to come have a look and they advised it was a collasped pipe and told us they would need to replace the entire thing. They estimated where the pipes started and ended and then gave us a quote of R20000 which they then reduced to R15000. They started their work and dug up the entire yard and then the pipe was not where they had thought it was. It took them 1 week just to dig up.

Upon inspection , I could not see any broken pipes apart from the one near the drain but it was too late. When we called the owner to ask if he can speed it up as the security gate had to stay open because of all the digging he was extremely rude and told us if we didnt like the work then he will pull the team off and charge us the labour only. Mind you , they asked for a 80% DEPOSIT for the job. And then he also brought up that he gave us a discount and we were still complaining. As they had already dug up so much we asked them to complete the job. It took them more than 2 weeks back and forth, missing days to finish the job . They damaged my paving and did not put it back properly, it is sinking and the concrete used as well was not done properly. Not even two weeks later the drain blocked again and we had to call them back again , and mud was found in the pipes

It was really such a hassle dealing with them and I dont recommend any one to use their services as well. The guy was rude whenever we questioned him and it cost us alot which we still need to now fix the flooring as it is damaged and sinking. They are also very unreliable with the times when they will be coming and leaving site and work very slowly We had to fix the paving on our own and recently more of it collasped . When we called him he was very rude and said they don't do paving that's not their job and he saved us money because he gave us a discount. Just never use them. They are terrible
