Poor Service

I would just like to pass on my disappointment in the service at the Plus store in Pomona. My deliveries are always late. The Store is 2km from my workplace and they always deliver after 2 hours with no communication whatsoever as to why the order is late. Today I ordered at 9:39am and now its 11:32 and still my order hasn’t arrived. When I call the store they busy saying the driver is out already with my order yet he hasn’t arrived. I don’t know why it would take that long to deliver whilst its just a 5min drive. The service is disgusting and I hope you will do something about it.
