Ray is a HUGE CON ARTIST. He came to give me a quote last week. He took a 50 % deposit. It was an urgent fencing job he was aware of that. Everyday he had different excuses He never did the job. We have been begging for a refund and everyday he says he will do it but never does. Do not use this company or this man hes a ****mer. It took him 20 minutes to come fetch the deposit but he does not come back again to do the job.

Raymond is a professional con artist. What he is good at is lying, making excuses, over promising and under delivering and *****ing people's money. Paid him a deposit for a pond and he's left my yard in a mess - they didn't even know what they were doing! Lost R10k plus I now need to pay someone to restore my yard. Please stay away. He is a *****.

Don't touch this company
Would like to give a zero rating because Raymond never actually arrived to do the work. He sounded very knowledgeable when he came to quote, gave us a figure on the spot, then emailed a very undetailed quote. I paid the deposit and that's the last we've seen of him despite two weeks of promises that he will be there or will pay the refund I demanded and drop off the materials he'd allegedly bought.

Very unreliable company. Would leave a negative rating if I could. There was an incident next door which resulted in a gap in our front perimeter wall which is slatted concrete. PM construction used second hand slabs as well as the slats we could salvage to close the wall. The owner, Raymond said that it was a temporary fix due to the urgency and promised the slabs would be replaced with the slats later on. It has been almost 2 months and many excuses later this is still not done. We were charged R3,500 for a job that cos him nothing for raw materials! At the same time Raymond took a deposit of R5,500 to install a motor for our front gate. The metal they used for the little work done is already rusting 2 weeks later as no treatment/aftercare was done to ensure longevity. It looks like they just out to make a quick buck and do not really care about customer service and there is definitely no guarantees on the shoddy workmanship. We never even saw the gate motor which was supposedly purchased the same day he took the deposit. We gave Raymond our hard earned money 2 months ago and PM construction have done more damage than anything. We took our savings due to the owners smooth talking however Raymond has a new excuse every time we follow up as to when the work will be complete. What is worse is when you speak to him he will tell you "I'm busy with a job, but I'll come past and show face" or "I'm on my way" or "I'll be there just now" and he never shows up! He has broken down vehicles, is short staffed and is very unprofessional. As of yesterday 23.11.22 Raymond said he made a mistake with his quote and cannot complete the job after the destruction caused. He does not want to give our money back nor complete the contract. For your own sake, do not use them.
