I submitted a withdrawal on Monday. It's been 3 days, they are coming up with all sorts for excuses. They don't want to process the withdrawal without a verification call, which they are not interested in doing. Messages sent to them on Facebook, their website or whatsapp either get ignored or they reply when they feel like. Wsb used to have better customer service & assistance, it's horrid now! I rather stick with Betway
This online store has been amazing when it comes to customer service and orders. The orders are quick and efficient, delivery is convenient. Prices are amazingly cheap. You can also whatsapp them for faster response.
I have just been ****med again by Betway or whichever ****mers who are pretending to be Betway. I requested a withdrawal on Saturday morning, its now over 48 hours and it still hasne been processed. I sent them a message on Facebook. Someone messaged me back with a whatsapp helpline. I whatsapped and they asked me for an otp, which the ****mer obviously logged into my account and cancelled my withdrawal to go into their account. When I realized I couldnt log in to my acc, I called Betway and the agent said he couldnt cancel the withdrawal because its been processed. I dont understand how my withdrawal that I requested last Saturday wasnt processed even til now but a ****mer can come put his banking details and it gets processed immediately! I have messaged Betway on facebook and the app, its been an hour and no reply. Betway is letting ****mers get away with *****ing our money. This is the 3rd time in recent months that this is happening to me!! Instead of locking my account, reset my account and cancel that withdrawal. Betway doesnt investigate anything They have never refunded me a cent. And Betway just allows these ******* to change our banking details with no fica etc. but I am treated like a ******** now i have to send my i.d selfie etc. This is ridiculous. I want to close this account
This place has bad customer service. Even if you pre-order a takeaway, when you pick up you wait another 30-45 mins, no explanation. I have ordered twice and its happened both times. Last week I ordered a veg wrap, on the menu it was described as having deep fried mushrooms and mozzarella, what it actually was a cabbage & soy sauce wrap that was so terrible I didn't eat it. No mushrooms, no cheese. I complained directly to the owner, Pam Singh, who simply just ignores complaints & doesn't seem to care about customer service. The veg variety is dismally limited with only 2 or 3 items as most of the veg items have been removed. I would not go back there. Terrible food, terrible service. Dont waste your time and money
I have been with Betway for any many years. In December someone hacked into my account withdrew my winnings with 2 withdrawals into his personal Capitec bank acc. Betway eft'd it into their account with no Fica. Since then , Betway has treated me like a ********. They have asked me to email them a selfie of me holding my i.d etc. Up until now my account is still locked but the ****mer has ****** from me & Betway let him get away, they did not even bother suspending both withdrawals or telling me the ****mers name. I have tried contacting Betway numerous times trying to unblock my account but have gotten no assistance at all! It seems to me like Betway protects ********s and treats their innocent customers as ********s!!
Ray is a HUGE CON ARTIST. He came to give me a quote last week. He took a 50 % deposit. It was an urgent fencing job he was aware of that. Everyday he had different excuses He never did the job. We have been begging for a refund and everyday he says he will do it but never does. Do not use this company or this man hes a ****mer. It took him 20 minutes to come fetch the deposit but he does not come back again to do the job.
Absolutely disgusted at Mimmos Pavilion. I ordered a large crumbed mushroom portion and large chips, the meal that was sent to us was a kiddies portion. Definitely not work R92! I even took pics of it I was shocked. When I tried complaining on their fb page my comments kept getting deleted by them. Horrible service. Horrible food. Wont be going them.
Hi my husband and I went to dischem pinecrest early this month for something for marks. I was referred to a lady at your cream counter. She sold us a Bionike cleanser and bionike cream. These items weren't cheap but she claimed it works wonders and she has recommended it to a lot of people. I was sceptical about the cream so I didn't use it but I used the cleanser , which is truly a good cleanser. My husband used the cream twice daily . Lastnight after applying it, his skin started itching bad, turned red and small ****les formed immediately. It was burning so bad he washed his face with ice water. He's not going to use this product anymore. Please advise
Yesterday my husband and I decided to try out the new Spur restaurant that just opened at Pinecrest mall in Pinetown, we usually go to the Cowies hill branch. Much to our surprise, we were extremely impressed with the level of service and quality of food. They did not have a veg platter that I ordered, they made one up for me at a very reasonable price which no other Spur has done. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was amazing. We are now regulars. Thank you to our waitress Cebo and to Thobile. Much appreciated.
I just saw an ad advertising specials for your birthday on 24 October. Why do you guys not include any vegetarian special ever?? I do understand that you are a steak ranch but try to include some vegetarian specials please. And why is it that the Chatsworth spur has a unique vegetarian menu which has options the other spurs don't? That's not fair for the rest of us
