Strongly Disappointed with Service – Avoid This Provider

I cannot emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with the business. This isn’t just poor service delivery, it’s a complete lack of service. My machine was returned in unacceptable condition: severely dented, scratched, and with loose bolts inside rolling around. Additionally, a bracket was broken off, and the unit now has a water leak.

Despite raising these issues, the so called manager has refused to take any accountability. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns is astounding.

I strongly advise against doing business with this provider. The damage and negligence displayed are inexcusable, and the unwillingness to address these failures speaks volumes about their standards.

One thing is certain, if there was a lower rating than 1 avaliable on the scale, I would have given this "place" a minus 5.
