No guarantee- motto last 2 months working

PN gate auto, they install motto gate that doesnt have good quality, sub standard...the motto gate I installed stopped working after 2 months of install. I have put surge and was given guarantee of 3 years. When gate stopped working no 1 wanted to gone fix the motto.
