Disappointing Experience at PNP Customs Boksburg

Last year in December I had a sound system installed by PNP Customs in Boksburg. When I arrived there to pick up the car I first had to pay for the work but I noticed that the invoice included an additional pair of 4inch speakers which were installed without my knowledge (speakers which the owner Tony himself said there would be no need for those speakers). But I still had to pay for them which cost an additional R900. I also had to pay for a strengthening board at R750 which I still haven't received today. Earlier in January I went to PNP customs to find out when can I bring the car in for the strengthening board installation and was told that I would be called. Till today I haven't received a call for the strengthening board installation and it has been almost two months now. This is pretty disappointing as I had considered the owner such a nice person with integrity.
