Arrogant and rude owners
Had a very bad experience at polar factory shop lenasia. Their website state that they close at 2pm got there at 12.40 was refused entry and was told that they don't care what we are going to do. We were a lot if people who wanted to buy but but was refused entry and was verbally abused us. Will never go to their shop again. Most arrogant and rude people Even told us if we have a problem to phone their head office
