Disappointed Customer of Police Lifestyle

Not even a year back I purchased a pair of Police reading glasses frames and much to my disappointment the paint began to wear off the frames. Because I was out of South Africa on business, I had to wait until my return after a few months to raise the matter with my optometrist. The optometrist raised the matter with Police Lifestyle to which I was informed they are not interested. I was informed that a representative from Police Lifestyle would contact me. After not being contacted I decided to email Police Lifestyle SA and yet once again, I am yet to hear from them. I am utterly disgusted with this brand and their, non existent, customer service.
