Poor services and poor quality
Pathetic customer service and quality of expensive items not worth the value. I bought my husband a wallet in december and he has only used it 1st march, 3 days later it started crumbling at the stitching, now the entire wallet has fallen apart. My husband immigrated 1st march but we do have the international warranty card. I complained to Police lifestyle on the 13th march and no response from then. I have contacted them via email constantly as nobody answers the phones. Nobody can give me a solution to this problem, to have the wallet shipped feom overseas back to South africa for them to see the damage will end up costing more then the wallet itself

Police glasses breaks twice in 2 years.
I purchased PRESCRIBED GLASSES for a 2nd time in 2 years at spec savers, and the second pair of glasses arm also broke off, now i am sitting with a situation that the place I purchased the Glasses from does not or cannot assist me to send these specs to the supplier. They say that there is no warranty on the glasses but i purchased it 06/2020. So if Police is saying that they have a 2 year warranty on there frames then why is the supplier lying to me. I need my specs as i cannot see without them, and as i have said this is the second pair of specs that broke on the same spot, so how can this be, isn't Police suppose to be the best brand out there, then why am i getting such bad luck with your brand. Please advise at your soonest what i can do about this or how you can help me. I am so disgusted with this brand as its my second pair in 2 years and they both broke on the same spot. And now no ine can assist me and this brand is so damn expensive. I wont ever buy from Police again and by Police brand again.

Disappointed Customer of Police Lifestyle

Because I was out of South Africa on business, I had to wait until my return after a few months to raise the matter with my optometrist. The optometrist raised the matter with Police Lifestyle to which I was informed they are not interested. I was informed that a representative from Police Lifestyle would contact me. After not being contacted I decided to email Police Lifestyle SA and yet once again, I am yet to hear from them. I am utterly disgusted with this brand and their, non existent, customer service.
