Constantly calling recently deceased number
I have recieved phone calls daily on my grans phone, she passed away 2 weeks ago and they just refuse to stop harassing and calling, I have asked them to remove her number from their data base as we are all going through a rough time dealing with her loss. Then they tey to convince me to buy life cover, I was with clientelle for 10 years but lack of service and refusal to assist with court matters I cancelled with them. Please could somebody get back to me to have my grandmother's number removed from your data base. I have blocked the numbers but it seems you have multiple numbers

Very disgusted in the floor staff, you need to teach them manners, they made racial remarks to me and my daughter today trying to rush us out even though the shop only closed in 20 minutes. If I had mentioned a racial slur like they did then I would he behind bars right now. Absolutely disgusting with what we are experiencing in South Africa at the moment.

Best telecommunications company by far
Best telecommunications company in my opinion by far, had to switch from them to rain because of not having coverage in my area. But cancelled with rain because of not having wifi for months on end. Took 1 business day to process and deliver my order. So glad to be back using Afrihost. They are efficiently quick at resolving any issue that I have had.

No wifi for months on end
Absolutely nothing positive about this telecommunications company. Quick to take your mo ey but never EVER have wifi. I have just cancelled my contracts with Rain due to lack of connection and service. Absolutely pathetic

Poor services and poor quality
Pathetic customer service and quality of expensive items not worth the value. I bought my husband a wallet in december and he has only used it 1st march, 3 days later it started crumbling at the stitching, now the entire wallet has fallen apart. My husband immigrated 1st march but we do have the international warranty card. I complained to Police lifestyle on the 13th march and no response from then. I have contacted them via email constantly as nobody answers the phones. Nobody can give me a solution to this problem, to have the wallet shipped feom overseas back to South africa for them to see the damage will end up costing more then the wallet itself

disgusting services from them
