Pathetic online and customer service

I placed an order, money taken from my account, order number given and now I can’t track anything AND the order cannot be found.

When you try contacting their customer service - be it email, phone or social media … absolutely NO ONE gets back to you.

Absolutely putrid service from such a “high end” brand.

If I could give a 0, I would.
