I placed an online order with Polo South Africa on 11 December 2025. Payment was successfully received and confirmed, with delivery promised within 2–7 working days. Two weeks later, I have received no delivery, no tracking number, and no response to multiple emails or calls. When I log into the Polo website, my account reflects that no order was placed, despite having an official confirmation email with a valid order number. These items were intended as Christmas gifts, and the lack of communication and transparency has caused significant inconvenience. Based on reviews, many customers appear to be experiencing the same issue. Polo continues to accept orders while failing to deliver or communicate. This situation is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate resolution—either prompt delivery with tracking details or a full refund—and will be escalating this matter if it is not resolved urgently.
