Overcharged me for too many blocks and won't take returns, costing me alot of money that I could have saved

Don't order from them if you're a home owner, doing small renovation work. I would have given the company a 3 star review, but they wrongly quoted me for an excess amount of blocks. This was a huge error by John Reid, intentionally I believe, flogging off as many blocks as they could, and not calculating accurate measurements when working out the quote. For the size of my floor I was quoted for 67 blocks, which cost me R13000. I only used 49, as you can see from the photograph. When I asked them for a refund they refused, even though the blocks were still in the packaging, and I was prepared to pay for a courier service from Onrus to Cape Town. Their excuse, 'the blocks are already cut and they don't take returns.' I am having to pay for their mistake. I was having to pick up the phone every time to make a call, and they never returned calls, only the one time. Once I paid, they couldn't care less!. It's disgraceful!. The company has a biased perspective which is unethical behaviour for a company that serves the public!. I'm not happy as I have wasted over R3000. The attitude of a company who has no competitors, they are arrogant and smug. Taking this matter to ICASA.
