Pont de Val - what a disappointment

We ordered 3 Picnic Graze Boxes (fruit, cheese and meat) The fruit was unwashed and limp and blemished. The spare ribs were so tough that we had to leave them, and so, too, were the meat*****. The vegetables were limp and very tired-looking. The staff were unfriendly too. The facilities on arrival were very inviting and promised a good outing, but they were spoiled by the poor service, unfriendly staff, and shocking food.
