Bought tickets for an event( that's on June 4th) on May 5th, sent POP and everything after they claim payment cancelled but I'm yet to receive my tickets nor feedback on what the issue is. The person who initially assisted me via email no longer responds to my emails. All I want is to get the tickets or my money back. Contact number is useless, I spent over 20mins on hold for the past 2 days.
