DO NOT use Pool Magic Edenvale
We hired Pool Magic Edenvale to assess a leak in our pool- what an UTTER and REGRETTABLE decision:
1. Always wanting money upfront and never seeing a job being properly done-scammers! 2. Their customer service is disgusting and they have such attitude on the phone. I had one of their managers shouting at me, and I had to remind them that I am the customer. 3. Our tiles had to be replaced; however owing to poor workmanship the tiles were not evenly placed and another tile was not even put back. Therefore children / adults can injure their toes while around the pool (sticking out) and just looks of low quality. 4. The grouting was done poorly and looks messy still. 5. The mess of cement everywhere around the tiles and grass (the tiles messed isn’t even the tiles replaced). 6. A lack of interest in getting the job done properly i,e, they merely want their money and that's all they care about. 7. Marbelite that has been spilled in the pool that shows lack of quality 8. Our problem is still not resolved!
Please do not use them as you will be part of their scam

When requesting a service from any company, money is always asked for upfront before any work can commence. We agreed that 80% needs to be paid upfront and the remaining balance on completion which is still being held back by yourselves. We are not scammers, not once have we not been to your premises and not done work, not once have we denied you of a service either. We respond to your emails and we were constantly willing to meet you onsite to rectify what ever it was that you were not happy with. On the quote that you accepted literally stipulates that in the line of work we about to do paving might break during removal, it is up to the client to then supply us with the paving and we will put back the paving. The paving that we removed by the pool was put back, other paving around the house is not quoted for and not our responsibility to put back unless arranged accordingly. The pavers that you asked us to use is not even the same paving around the pool, Unfortunately we can only work with what we were given, the levelling and the unevenness is because of what we were given.
It is not the case that we have lack of interest, we have asked you to be there and you merely leave your father onsite. We then only hear from you a couple of days later stating what you not happy with and its always something new, I can clean the marbelite that was dropped in the pool while changing your aim flow no problem, I can clean up the grouting no problem. With regards to the re paving, if you can try and find the correct paver.
We can sort that out for you and re do it. However I wont do any of the following without you being onsite. Your problem was resolved you asked us to find and sort out your leak, we found the leak and you requested us to connect the temp line back to your original line as you don't want your garden lifted. I have done the following.
You have our contact details - Please contact us when you ready to have the following rectified and again once you have the correct pavers for us to put back. We do not want to end off on bad terms as we value all your support.
