Js pool specialists

We were recommended JS Pool Specialists by our community . Initially Mr Joshua ( cell (061) 307-0087 ) advised us to replace the Pool Motor and spend More then a R 3000 ( changed the motor November 2019)and within 4month our pool stop working ( April 2020) ( buy no warranty and guarantee ) , I called him to come and check , the first thing he was asking me about call out fee to paid . So we agreed . He came and check and he said we have to change the wiring system on the pool it will coast another R 2500. I called a another technician to check our pool . According to him the motor is burn and it was installed incorrectly . Why do we support companies like this in our community ??? Is there any way out to get our money back? Pls kindly advise us.
