THE POOL PROFESSIONALS - POOLPRO-TECH KENNY CHAUKE
Kenny Chauke - the Pool Professionals or Poolpro-tech he is a **** artist, who invoices you, takes your money and then avoids your calls at all costs. Do not do business with him. We paid him R9100 to install a pool net 6 weeks ago, he took the money and ran. He ignores calls, whatsapps etc. Aqua Net Durban quoted, asked for 50% dep and fitted the net 3 days later. DO NOT DEAL WITH KENNY CHAUKE.

Kenny Chauke - the Pool Professionals or Poolpro-tech he is a **** artist, who invoices you, takes your money and then avoids your calls at all costs. Do not do business with him. We paid him R9100 to install a pool net 6 weeks ago, he took the money and ran. He ignores calls, whatsapps etc. Aqua Net Durban quoted, asked for 50% dep and fitted the net 3 days later. Js pool specialists
We were recommended JS Pool Specialists by our community . Initially Mr Joshua ( cell (061) 307-0087 ) advised us to replace the Pool Motor and spend More then a R 3000 ( changed the motor November 2019)and within 4month our pool stop working ( April 2020) ( buy no warranty and guarantee ) , I called him to come and check , the first thing he was asking me about call out fee to paid . So we agreed . He came and check and he said we have to change the wiring system on the pool it will coast another R 2500. I called a another technician to check our pool . According to him the motor is burn and it was installed incorrectly . Why do we support companies like this in our community ??? Is there any way out to get our money back? Pls kindly advise us.

Pool scam
We got scammed by this business! They came to do a quote, seemed professional and knew what they were talking about. Paid half and they started the job. Paid in full when the job was complete but it rained and the paint washed away and they had to come redo it. They asked for another amount to cover the paint so we paid. Made us feel guilty as if they would run at a major loss if we didn't help out with the extra paint cost. We paid feeling like it was the right thing to do but Since then they have ignored all our calls and have dropped off the face of the earth! Got another company to come and have a look and to redo the job and this will cost double what we already paid them. We are beyond angry and can't believe people like this run a business. It makes us livid to think they can get away with this. We are warning others not to go with this company! Hopefully others won't fall into this same trap!!

No service - paid upfront - DO NOT USE - POOL SERVICE
We contacted this company on the 30th December 2019 to come and fix our pool in Randburg, they arrived and then requested upfront payment.
