In May last year, I decided to repaint my pool with Epoxy paint. I found Pool Solutions (Philip) on the internet. I sent off a query and they directed me to one of their nominated 3rd Party contractors, that being Pool Professionals (Shawn Beeby). The paint is supplied by Pool Solutions and Pool Professionals do the work to prepare and apply the paint.<br> <br> A month after the first painting, I noticed the paint was bubbling. I contacted both companies and Shawn returned to redo the pool for a 2nd time. A few weeks ago, I started finding large chunks of Epoxy paint are coming off. I contacted both Philip and Shawn. After several lengthy emails between the parties, I am left with an initial bill of R10 200 which I paid and a \solution"that does not work. Philip offered me R2 000 to prevent me from going public and the best Shawn could do was to recommend that I now look at re-plaster the pool.<br> <br> I asked for a refund of my total initial cost of R10 200"
I am an existing customer of Telkom based in JHB. I have a flat in newlands in Cape Town and have tried unsuccessfully to have a new ADSL data connection installed. At first I tried the on-line application on the Telkom web site...twice...with absolutely no response or feedback received.
