Shocking service from Defy Applicance
I have a washer & dryer. My machine is still under the 3 year guarantee. a technician came out a few days after I initially logged a call. IT is now TWO WEEKS and I am still waiting for feedback as to when they will fix or replace my machine! I phone every day and the call centre tells me they will escalate the matter. I eventually also phoned the Defy Centre that the call centre agent told me to and I am still waiting for them to phone me back . This is absolutely ridiculous service from DEFY!!

No service - paid upfront - DO NOT USE - POOL SERVICE
We contacted this company on the 30th December 2019 to come and fix our pool in Randburg, they arrived and then requested upfront payment. They then left with the promise to be back later the day to finish the job, needless to say they never arrived. We phoned them numerous times on the 31st ( phone calls were ignored and the one time they picked up he hung up) We have tried numerous times over the last few days to contact him and now his phone is off.
