I called Kevin and asked if his company does leak detections on pools. He said yes and sent technicians out to come and check. I showed them where I thought the leak was but they argued that it is not there and proceeded to replace a rubber seal in the pump. They charged me R950 and left. As I expected the pool still leaked. I phoned Kevin and told him the pool was still leaking he said he wld come out the very next day. HE NEVER DID COME AND HE DID NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS AGAIN. I tried numerous times to phone him but he just ignored my calls. He was told to fill out a customer complaint form which he did and was told that he would receive a response within 3 days. <br> <br> On the 15/07/2015 he called the store to find out if they had feedback and was told that the shoe was still at the store and hadn't been picked up. He spoke to a guy by the name of Peter. This now was 6 days later after having been told he would receive a response within 3 days. <br> <br> Up until today he received no response until he sent an email to the store and then received a call back to say that the shoe is ready to be picked up. First of all we don't even know whether the shoe was sent in and have no proof of the outcome thereof. Secondly he was told the response would be 3 days and he has waited for 3 weeks now which is totally unacceptable. <br> <br> We therefore demand a refund on this shoe as we have no idea where it has been. He is not happy with it and we were not told of the outcome. On Thursday I tracked my order and saw the Item is not out on delivery yet so i contacted them, they assured me that they will be a little late and I can expect it on Friday the 24th of August. Friday comes same story no Delivery and no contact from netflorist. I called them late Friday and they assured me I will receive my order on Saturday at my House. Saturday came no delivery. I received my delivery Monday afternoon, thus Missing the Person Birthday and no I sit with a personalized 6 pack of Beer with a persons name on it that I will only again see in a years time. This is shocking service. Yet they claim on their website, \100% satisfaction guaranteed\"" and \""SA's largest sameday gift service\"" absolute rubbish. And no one even bothers to apologize or give a explanation what went wrong. """
