Dotsure has been an absolute life saver for me. I will highly recommend them to anyone. When I submit a claim, they pay extremely quickly.
I recently had such a disappointing experience with Aston from Mend a pool. He started work at my house in March 2023 and took until Sep 2023 to complete the pool. It was an unnecessary long time and I was very frustrated with the slow progress. Most days he would drop off just one worker for the whole day. He quoted us to do the pool area, paving and fireplace. He then charged us extra for building another step due to the paving being higher but surely that should have been part of the quote. He also charged us for extras so the job cost way more than what he quoted us. Now 6 months after the completion of the pool the marbelite has started coming loose in one area. I messaged him today as I am very concerned about the fact that the pool is only 6 months old and the marbelite is coming loose. He was so abrupt and rude to me and told me the damage is from a pool floater and I must claim the damage from the pool floating company. I was very shocked at his reaction because he did not even have the decency to come and look and analyse the damage. He just readily blamed it on something else and did not even bother to come and see if maybe there was bad workmanship. I am still so surprised at his reaction towards me. He was defensive and accusing. I mentioned to him numerous times that the damage is on the step and the floater did not go anywhere on the step but he totally ignored that, just carried on denying that it was not his workmanship. So now I have a pool that is not even a year old and cost us a fortune to build and now I have to get someone else in to fix it. This is so wrong by all accounts that Aston does not take responsibility for this.
I recently has such bad service from MWEB. We were moving premises and I notified them of the move. When we were in the new house I tried to phone MWEB to get connected. I held on for 40 minutes before a technical consultant answered the phone, after going through all the verifications he then said he needs to put me through to connects which took another 40 minutes wait. After going through all the varifications again he ask to hold as he need to go and confirm something. I held on for 15 minutes and then he put my call back into the waiting list. I was on the phone for an hour with no results. I was so frustrated and decided to cancel my contract as I cannot work with companies that do not care about their paying clients.
I recently took my pup to the vet as she had a broken nail. The vet on duty just went ahead and pulled her nail out without sedating her or discussing it with me first. I heard her cry from the waiting room and she was very traumatised. The vet even left the nerve part of the nail attached so when she walked she would push on the nerve and be in agony. I feel very angry and upset that the vet did this. I find he was gruel to my dog. Vets should be kind and caring but he just janked her nail out it was torture as far as I am concerned. I will most definitely not use Greenside Animal Hospital ever again.
They are excellent and friendly. I got my claimed assessed within an hour of sending it to Dotsure. I would recommend Dotsure to anyone.
I called Kevin and asked if his company does leak detections on pools. He said yes and sent technicians out to come and check. I showed them where I thought the leak was but they argued that it is not there and proceeded to replace a rubber seal in the pump. They charged me R950 and left. As I expected the pool still leaked. I phoned Kevin and told him the pool was still leaking he said he wld come out the very next day. HE NEVER DID COME AND HE DID NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS AGAIN. I tried numerous times to phone him but he just ignored my calls. On Thursday I tracked my order and saw the Item is not out on delivery yet so i contacted them, they assured me that they will be a little late and I can expect it on Friday the 24th of August. Friday comes same story no Delivery and no contact from netflorist. I called them late Friday and they assured me I will receive my order on Saturday at my House. Saturday came no delivery. I received my delivery Monday afternoon, thus Missing the Person Birthday and no I sit with a personalized 6 pack of Beer with a persons name on it that I will only again see in a years time.
