Avoid them like the Black Plague - Pun intended

We have osmosis and black plague in our pool due to sub-par work.

Avoid PoolMasters SA!!

They are ***boy pool liners and have no idea what they are doing. We are having to redo our pool only 5 months after they relined it. Sub-par work, constant lies and blaming games. They will ensure to pump as much money out of you as they can with their smooth talking, their mistakes being blamed on other equipment and convince you it is faulty. They **** to us about supplier delays for 5 months (!!!), meanwhile the item was available next day from suppliers.

Our pool has delaminated due to incorrect application of the resin and gel coat. Tiny holes allowed water to get in between the lining and shell which has now caused osmosis and black plague. Brick work not done correctly (which they dug up again due to a leak in pipework they did), now we found they hadn't compacted the soil so the bricks are being held together by grouting alone.

We fell for their tricks and lies, please do not fall for it too. Mare is a compulsive ****. I really hope these lies catch up to her.

Don't believe all the positive reviews. Many are made by their friends, family and employees (for example Dejanco is an employee and leaves positive reviews everywhere!).

Due to many, many mistakes, lies and shoddy work we decided to fire them a second time. We will not let them fix the pool under their warranty because we know they will ruin our pool even further. We've had various other pool liners & suppliers come inspect our pool and they have never seen such bad workmanship!! The osmosis is the worst case they have ever seen.

Mare will probably try and say "who am I", that I'm lying or some excuse for what happened here. But I've got all my evidence I need to prove otherwise including a lovely video of her making more excuses and lies!!
