Marula serum turning my skin darker

I've been using PortiaM for years and it has been good to me. Last month i bought their Marula serum and it turns my skin darker by day. Tried reaching them by email to let them know my frustration,its been 9days now no respond from them, emailed again for feedback , nothing! Am so so disappointed with their aftersale service.
