Late online delivery
I bought at clicks online on the 17th February 2026 today is the 24th my order is not yet delivered,even dispatched from their warehouse yet they say it takes 2-3 days to deliver. I am so frustrated because the items I ordered are my daily use. Clicks i am so so disappointed.

Marula serum turning my skin darker
I've been using PortiaM for years and it has been good to me. Last month i bought their Marula serum and it turns my skin darker by day. Tried reaching them by email to let them know my frustration,its been 9days now no respond from them, emailed again for feedback , nothing! Am so so disappointed with their aftersale service. Am
