Really bad service

Sent an online query, no response. Called in multiple times and was cut off. Eventually got through to a consultant. I re sent my email requesting the quote. Had to follow up and ask if it was received as no response again. Was advised that it would take about 7 - 10 days. A month later I was still chasing and chasing with no feedback so I told them to just leave it.
