Placed an online order on 12 February, tomorrow is 1 March! Part of the order was delivered to the store ages ago, the other part of the order is missing, when I call in, I get told "the courier are locating it and someone will contact you in 48 hours" I have no email, no phone call, is this how a missing package is handled? How did they not see that only 1 of 2 items were delivered to the store and track the missing package automatically, why did I have to raise it, and when I did bring it to their attention, they act as if they don't care?
CENTURION BRANCH: worst service ever. The feedback is inconsistent, stock arrives and they do not advise you, no agent in sales ever calls you back, their prices are cheap but so is their services
Contact numbers listed on the HP site for this repair agent doesn't work. In addition to this, you cannot make contact with this organisation as they also will not reply to anyone's emails. We are using the address which they provided us with after we dropped off our repair and received a reference from them. Been 20 days since I dropped off our clients unit and its impossible to reach anyone at their Midrand office. HP should retract their agreements with them, the service is non existent, its shocking.
I dealt with Vicky on my vehicle claim, they were excellent, efficient, communication with very quick, they also moved through the claim quickly without me having to call in and nag anyone, I am very satisfied.

I called in over 18 days ago to Sanlam. A consultant provided a reference said someone would call back in a few days, no one called. I escalated the matter on 27 November, they marked it as urgent, STILL no one are provided feedback or has call me. My premium is R11 200 per month, I am not a small client!! Terrible non existent service. I will never take out a policy with Sanlam again, I expected more.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! This "builder" is based in Table View. What started out as a pleasant experience has ended up to be a costly nightmare. I invite you to contact me in order to view pictures of what my house looks like, then you can decide? He acknowledged all the skew walls and other finishing issues which he promised to rectify, then kicked back and claimed to be broke. I then offered to come up with an arrangement which wouldn't cost him anything but some assistance on his part, which is EXTREMELY generous, absolutely no response to my messages, no intention to make it right. When you insist on a rectification, he diverts blame to everyone else and goes off on completely unrelated topics, then point blank refuses to return to site, won't make any contact or reply to anything at all. His new work is falling apart as he does not understand how to build certain things but will claim that he has full knowledge and a skilled team to execute the work, he hires labourers and leaves them to do the work it seems, then it cracks and crumbles off the building - no bonding agents app****, ratio of sand with cement is wrong, so everything is breaking, brittle and we need to start over, project management fees are charged but the work is obviously not overseen or we would not be left with our home in this condition. Every contractor who walks in gasps and tells us how sorry they are about the work that has been done, they can see its a very poor job or incorrect materials used by someone who has a vague idea but not capable- many many comments. . Structurally things have been built incorrectly too, he is not even capable of understanding how to build a braai to draw out smoke, he will claim he is in order to get the work, now we have to spend thousands to break it down and re do our main feature in our home! He is a sweet talker and will even invite you to his place of residence to meet his wife in order to appear honourable. He was extremely helpful initially but our experience towards the end when he needed to take accountability. He has even dumped rubble from a DIFFERENT site onto our property which he acknowledges, but now will not reply and has not removed it, what a cheek!! Will not us on any platform, won't even allow us to collect our property that he once offered to take home for us for safe keeping while we plaster - extremely unprofessional. Most of our professional team that we hired for the project had great difficulty dealing with him, some refused to continue direct dealings but work only through us because of his attitude and argues about everything. Pay the extra, deal with reputable builders who are registered, have insurance and understand what they are actually doing. They will quote correctly and see your project through from beginning to end. Lesson learnt!!!
Does not deliver parcels on time. There are often multiple issues with one delivery - they miss two delivery dates for one parcel? Account issues where you are unable to be reimbursed or get a response on their mess ups. Dealing with them is a headache
HOC claims are terrible. They cut you off, take long to answer, do not come back to you, sit days 6 days with no window. Been holding 25 minutes for a consultant to confirm if I can go directly to PG Auto glass. Terrible service - one would think its a priority?
