HP if you have another company to handle your Site Support Technician please consider them ,this company is the most worse company to deal with they ****s Had a tech who knows nothing and laptop was not complete but he asked to me to make a desk with him to sign off the job and he would come back I said no They promised to send someone out in the morning and they did not keep to they . The technician just hangs up phone . I once also had one who forged my signature just to close a call with out my agreement .

I would like to raise few concerns regarding the appointment arrangements: with HP Inc. Hemmersbach South Africa (PTY) LTD 1. During our phone conversation, we agreed that the engineer/technician would be onsite at 09:00. However, the email I received reflects a full-day window of 09:00 to 17:00, which does not align with what was confirmed telephonically. 2. I waited the entire day for feedback or an update, but I did not receive any communication until 16:39, when I was informed that my phone was allegedly sending calls to voicemail. This was surprising, as I did not receive any missed calls or notifications throughout the day. And besides that, i understand that they have my second contact number as they were also used during the 1st engineer's visit. 3. This is now the third time in a month the office/engineer has gone through an entire appointment day without providing timely updates, leaving me waiting without any communication. This recurring pattern is concerning and reflects poorly on the service experience.

After a few negative experiences with their predecessor, these agents of Hewlett-Packard printers have managed to exceed my expectations. I voiced my concerns gently with Rebecca, who assured me immediately that the service levels were certainly better. Although I realistically understand that not every client would have an identical experience, a 24-hour turnaround from dropping off my printer to getting it repaired is amazing. Unfortunately, I will need to bring my next printer in for a similar problem, and I hope that I will get similarly awesome results.

After a few negative experiences with their predecessor, these agents of Hewlett-Packard printers have managed to exceed my expectations. I voiced my concerns gently with Rebecca, who assured me immediately that the service levels were certainly better. Although I realistically understand that not every client would have an identical experience, a 24-hour turnaround from dropping off my printer to getting it repaired is amazing. Good day, We originally booked our laptop in with Ensure. After Ensure closed, our laptop was moved to Hemmerbach South Africa. Since then, it has been almost a year of trying to get our laptop back — without success. We have contacted Hemmerbach numerous times and even visited their offices multiple times, but every time we were given a different excuse as to why they could not find our laptop. After threatening to make the issue public, they finally called to say they had found it and that we could collect it. We requested that they courier the laptop and charger at their cost, as we had already made several unsuccessful trips. However, after following up again, they once again claimed they could not find it. To make matters worse, their reception phone almost never works — the only person I can reach is Xollow. At this point, it feels like they may have even blocked our number. This entire experience has been unacceptable. Nearly a year later, we still don’t have our laptop, and Hemmerbach has shown zero accountability or professionalism.

The worst possible service and in my opinion *********** and useless staff who do not tell the truth in terms of the status of the equipment that is in for repair. This is an indication that HP are not on top of their game and do not value after sales service and the loyal client base they are about to lose.

Zero is the actual rating. You buy a high end laptop for a lot of money. A year later the motherboard and battery needs to be replaced. Firstly the normal HP repair centre is not allowed to fix it because it's a high end laptop. Send it to the qualified repair centre. This centre says they ordered the parts. HP cancels this repair centre and moves to another company. My laptop gets sent to the new company. This is now 5-6 months later. Today they want proof of purchase when this was bought on their website as a gift! And trying to get anyone the telephone is ****** useless! No replies just nothing! Do not buy any computers or laptops from them.

I bought a HP Smart Tank printer two-and-a-half months ago from Incredible Connection (IC) Northgate South Africa which gave fault messages to re-install the printer heads right from the start - which I did with temporary relief. It later stopped print in black, and I returned it to IC who send it to Hemmersbach Midrand South Africa for repairs (replacement of black printer head) this is nearly 3 weeks ago - this should be a simple job to do and is taking ages with no end in sight and no communication - not even to IC????

Contact numbers listed on the HP site for this repair agent doesn't work. In addition to this, you cannot make contact with this organisation as they also will not reply to anyone's emails. We are using the address which they provided us with after we dropped off our repair and received a reference from them. Been 20 days since I dropped off our clients unit and its impossible to reach anyone at their Midrand office. HP should retract their agreements with them, the service is non existent, its shocking.
