HP if you have another company to handle your Site Support Technician please consider them ,this company is the most worse company to deal with they ****s Had a tech who knows nothing and laptop was not complete but he asked to me to make a desk with him to sign off the job and he would come back I said no They promised to send someone out in the morning and they did not keep to they . The technician just hangs up phone . I once also had one who forged my signature just to close a call with out my agreement .
My account was charged with R100 prorate for disconnecting service where as my services where never disconnected this is such an inconvenience
I lay-by at PTa brunch and paid off at carnival mall and now I’m collecting they telling me about system error and the lady confirmed that it’s paid up I should just go and collect now my coat is gone , I am not happy happy and now they telling me I can’t get my money back I will get a voucher I want my money or jacket not voucher
It has been over three months now since Dell was supposed to process my refund of R9000. However, every time I follow up, I receive no assistance. I am repeatedly told to wait 24 or 48 hours or that the finance department cannot be reached. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support. I simply need my refund to be processed, but I am not receiving any helpful responses. Please escalate this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Kzn airport they were putting in people on priority who aren’t on the and when I asked a question of why we not boarding at 20:15 as per the ticket did they were also rude please fix wire attitude Becuse it won’t make it pleasant for us to use the flight in future I am really not happy with their services they see celebrities then they want to make them pass that’s not nice
Hi, I hope this message finds you well. Last month, I logged a call with Dell regarding my laptop, which unfortunately took them weeks to address. After making several calls, they eventually dispatched a technician from Altron. However, the technician was unable to complete the repairs. Instead of rectifying the issue, he prematurely closed the call and forged my signature, falsely stating that I would monitor the laptop and inform him of any further problems. I promptly contacted Altron to report this incident. Unfortunately, on three separate occasions, I was disconnected while trying to explain the situation. The first person I spoke to managed to pick up the call, but the subsequent attempts were met with hang-ups. Eventually, I had the opportunity to speak with Njabulo, who identified himself as the manager or team leader. He informed me that my job number was incorrect. It's worth noting that the initial lady I spoke to had indeed correctly identified the job number before the call was abruptly terminated. I also attempted to reach the on-site technician multiple times, but he did not respond. I suspect he may have been informed of my previous calls. Finally, using my office phone, I managed to get through to him. During our conversation, I expressed my concerns about the *****ulent activity and he offered an apology. Despite the laptop being relatively new, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the USB port. Dell replaced it a week later, but the problem persists. I followed their advice to format the laptop, but this did not resolve the USB issue. Regrettably, I have been unable to find anyone willing to assist me, leaving me with a non-functional DELL PC. I am writing to seek your urgent assistance in resolving this matter. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
We were sitting in a non smoking area. Next to us we’re friends of the manager. These guys were smoking in n a non smoking zone. We asked one of the waitresses to call the manager. When the manager came he just spoke to his friends and never even bothered to come to us. The guys immediately started smoking again. We then decided to walk away because we feel there’s no respect of customers in that restaurant.

I am not happy with flight centre we booked a ticket to Namibia couldn’t make it becuse I tested positive and when I asked for refund I was to I can get the money but will need to rebook a ticket if I need to fly anywhere and that they don’t give refund I have it valid for two years [few months later ] I am trying to fly to Durban with my Namibia ticket that was R4200 I get told i have been refunded the ticket money which I never received I was told I’ll be called back by Shawn in 15 min times and nothing happened he never called back . I then called and I was told that I’ll pay 1400 to get the ticket fir Namibia which doesn’t make sense becuse I already have a ticket of 4200 and was told I won’t get refund but can use it in future , which I have all the information on email now I’m flight centre people are passing me to the next person all the time with wrong and confusing information My thing is can I just get my refund as I never used the ticket and I can’t be assisted as they are lying about everything
