<p>The only person at the face of this company is debbie becker, who has been "assisting" with all enquiries. I was initially impressed with the service, as she was very quick to respond to my inquiries about the product. It was however noted that the responses were not very professional.</p> <p>I made an online payment in the first week of April and the product was only delivered last week. Firstly, it is is in the wrong colour and secondly, the promised cushion of the high chair is nowhere to be found! The tray was delivered a week after my payment, with no chair to use it with for almost 2 months!</p> <p>Apart from being unable to deliver what I specifically ordered, the customer service was disgusting. She rarely responded to email inquiries about the whereabouts of my product until i threatened legal action. Furthermore, upon receiving an email from my husband who is an attorney, posh baby sent an email claiming that my product was on its way. When we enquired about a tracking number there was no response leading us to believe that this was in fact a lie to keep us waiting. When we threatened legal action, debbie responded by saying that the product had been damaged during transport (yeah right!). </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never use this service again and i encourage all parents with infants to be wary! Especially when the product is needed! I am yet to know what they are going to do about the high chair being delivered in the wrong colour with no cushion. Quite honestly, i personally feel that this business should be shut down given all the reviews I have read since making my purchase... </p>
