Appauling customer service and service delivery
<p>The only person at the face of this company is debbie becker, who has been "assisting" with all enquiries. I was initially impressed with the service, as she was very quick to respond to my inquiries about the product. It was however noted that the responses were not very professional.</p> <p>I made an online payment in the first week of April and the product was only delivered last week. Firstly, it is is in the wrong colour and secondly, the promised cushion of the high chair is nowhere to be found! The tray was delivered a week after my payment, with no chair to use it with for almost 2 months!</p> <p>Apart from being unable to deliver what I specifically ordered, the customer service was disgusting. She rarely responded to email inquiries about the whereabouts of my product until i threatened legal action. Furthermore, upon receiving an email from my husband who is an attorney, posh baby sent an email claiming that my product was on its way. When we enquired about a tracking number there was no response leading us to believe that this was in fact a lie to keep us waiting. When we threatened legal action, debbie responded by saying that the product had been damaged during transport (yeah right!). </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never use this service again and i encourage all parents with infants to be wary! Especially when the product is needed! I am yet to know what they are going to do about the high chair being delivered in the wrong colour with no cushion. Quite honestly, i personally feel that this business should be shut down given all the reviews I have read since making my purchase... </p>

Awesome online store with beautiful imported goods!
<p>I cannot understand why there are complaints, I have been using this online store for 6 years now and have loved their great service and especially their imported products - baby stuff you just dont find in SA! They are under new ownership and the service has improved even more than before. They always assist immediately by email with any queries I may have. Sometimes items are slightly delayed but that is because most items are imported and unfortunatley they dont have control over custom delays but overall I have no complaints. Their products are great in quality and I love the uniqueness of their gifts</p>

SCAM!!!!!!!!
<p>We have ordered our child 1st Birthday Dress 20 Days ago now.</p> <p>When the order was confirmed and paid in full we where told that it will take no more than 14 days.</p> <p>Our Childs birthday is in 2 days from now and still no deleivery was received.</p> <p>From the moment we paid for the order we have recieved no update or email from Posh Baby Boutique what so ever.</p> <p>Shocking Service!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Stay away....</p>

Taken my money but have not given my ordered item
<p>I ordered a flowergirl dress from Posh Baby Boutique over 4 months ago. They told me that it would take 4 weeks to deliver. I have been emailing and emailing and am not getting any response! I think this service is disgusting because they have actually STOLEN my money! </p> <p>I am getting tired of receiving no response!</p> <p>Disgusting!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the 2nd time I am writing a review about them! How do I get my item or my money back???</p>

Disgusting service from Posh Baby Boutique
<p>I ordered a flowergirl dress online from Posh Baby Boutique over 2 months ago! They told me it would take 20-25 working days to be delivered, but I have not received it. I have tried to contact them (via email as there is no contact number for them) but I am not receiving any response.</p> <p>I'm getting extremely frustrated as I paid nearly R600 and am not receiving what I paid for and am not receiving any response! I don't know what more to do?!</p>

Disgusting service from Posh Baby Boutique
<p>I ordered a flowergirl dress online from Posh Baby Boutique over 2 months ago! They told me it would take 20-25 working days to be delivered, but I have not received it. Superb service and gorgeous baby items
<p>Would like to highly recommend this online baby store in SA, have been purchasing from them for many years for my sister's babies and have always received excellent service - so difficult not being in SA but being able to purchase online from Posh Baby Boutique has really made this so much easier for you. Best baby online store in SA!
<p>My sister purchased from your company overseas and recommended Posh Baby Boutique - I ordered a beautiful dress for my babies recent christening and was so pleased with my order that I have just purchased a gorgeous tutu dress for my daughter's first christmas - thank you for the wonderful service and the beautiful and unique outfits that I did not know where avaialble in SA! Much appreciated. </p>
