Takealot your service and quality of product is just getting worse day by day!!! My husband bought me a laptop bag in November last year for my Birthday and by February 2025, 4 months later, it is tearing at the seams!! What the hell??? He then returns it as per your policy and warranty and gets told that the bag is damaged due to how its being used and must only be used as per manufacturers guidelines.... well guess what I used it for....A LAPTOP!!!!! Is a laptop bag not supposed to be used for this???? The only items the bag had in it were a laptop, the laptop cord, a mouse, a pen & a small notebook... is this not ok??? How is this Laptop bag supposed to be used??? Please do explain!🤬 I have never in my life heard of such a ridiculous thing! You are absolute ****mers!!!! I hope people stop supporting you because you do not have the customers best interests in mind... disgraceful!!
Nedbank Greenstone - disgusting service! Today I went to buy forex for my trip to Portugal which is in September. My visa appointment is in Friday and one of the requirements is my proof of purchase of my forex. I was then told by the rudest lady that I cannot be assisted because I can only buy foreign within a 60 day period of my flight (which I was unaware of as it used to be a 90 day period). I then explained that I need help because my visa appointment is on Friday so what do I do? I kept getting told that they can't help me.... so I then asked to speak to a manager and was sent to the "Team Leader" who was just as unhelpful. I explained my situation (please also not that on Saturday I will be within the 60 day period so I am literally only out by 2 days) - the manager then says she can't allow me to buy the forex so I then said that I understood the policies so can they please just give me some sort of letter for my appointment at VFS to explain that I can't purchase the forex now, to which I was told not they still can't help me. So I then decided to go to FNB (thank goodness I also have an account with them). FNB were so helpful!! They allowed me to order my forex online and just state that I will only be collecting the forex within the 60 days. So I ask you... hoe can I be helped by FNB and not by Nedbank?? They both have the same rules but yet one was able to give me solution. I then went back to Nedbank and told them how FNB had been able to assist and none of them even cared... they are so *********** and unfriendly! Customer service at Nedbank has never been a priority and I will definitely be closing my account. Nedbank as a whole is completely useless but the Greenstone branch is the absolute worst!
Disgusting treatment from the manager! We went to Bedford Village today and then we wanted to sit and have coffee because I had my 3 month old baby with me and she needed to have a bottle. Tashas was very busy so there was a bit of a wait. There were 2 ladies ahead of me who were waiting and then I was next in line. The 2 ladies got seated and then a few minutes later another table opened up do I assumed we were going to be seated there. Then the lady who was behind me got seated and I said to the manager that I was there first and he ignored me. I then told the other manager that this was unacceptable as I had been waiting and he said to me "yes I know mam I agree with you". He them said something to the other manager, but still nothing was done. I then went inside and asked to speak to a supervisor and then this rude manager came to me and do I said I do not want to speak to him, I would like to speak to his boss as what he did was Disgusting and unacceptable. He then said to me "you can go complain to whoever you want, nothing will be fine because everything goes through me anyway"... I am completely disgusted and will never support Tashas again if this is the type of staff the have working there.... really disappointing!
Avis Car Rental I will never recommend you to anyone! 😡 I have had to drive a rental car while my car is at the Panel Beaters and because my insurance uses Avis I have had to just accept it... I was given a Renault Kwid (which I'm already not happy about as I don't feel safe at all in this car) but to top it off this cars wheel alignment is out and reverse lights do not even work.... 7 months pregnant and I must drive in a car, with my 3 year old son, that has not been properly checked. The car was delivered to me with a "full tank" , however, as I got home that very same day, the petrol had already dropped down a bar.... this indicates that the tank was if fact not filled properly but I am expected to return it with a full tank?? I then phoned to complain about these things (because you know... you sign your life away when agreeing to these rental terms) and the lady on the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude and basically told me that if I wanted to change cars it would be at an additional cost to me... how is it now my problem that the car I was given is so ****??? And to top it off.... the deposit of R2000 that I had to put down (which should cover any damages or anything on the car should something happen) does not actually cover anything and if anything happens I will be liable for another exorbitant amount of money.... I cannot believe the level of Service... disappointed and disgusted...
Udderlicious Milkshake Dullstroom Absolute worst service we have ever received! Rudest ladies working there! They completely ignored us, then when I asked if we were going to be help they said they we busy (we were the only people in the shop). The owner then came out and I told him what happened so he tells them they're all on final warning and then just walks out... he didn't even take it seriously. The milkshakes are also not that great... I will never support this shop again!
Worst service in the world! They phoned me and told me my car was ready to be fixed and it would take 10-15 working days.... a week and a half later I find out they are still busy with an assessment??? How does an assessment take a week and a half?? I could have still been driving my car and then once they had approval and the parts were delivered, I could have taken my car in... now, 2 and a half weeks later, they have only just started the panel beating... I am so sick and tired of terrible service!
Really disappointed in 1st for Women Insurance!! I bumped my car a few weeks ago and it has gone in to be fixed. It had to go to a panel beater that I really didn't want to send it to because apparently 1st for women only deal with one panel beater??🤷♀️ I took my car in last Monday because they said it was ready to be fixed but then I find out that they only did the assessment last week and it's now only going in for the repairs... that's a whole week without my car and I did not get a courtesy car from the insurance. Then the repairs are going to take another 2 weeks... and again I would like to state that 1st for women would not give me courtesy car... I could have taken my car in for the assessment and then once they had approval from the insurance company and ordered the parts I could have taken my car in for repairs... but no... I have had to make a plan now for 3 weeks to get to and from work... I am paying so much for the insurance on my car and I don't get a courtesy car, the service is shocking and my excess is R7500??? How are you 1st for women?? You're 1st for nobody! We will definitely be changing insurances!😡
2 weeks ago I ordered from Ocean Basket Bedford Village via Uber Eats. I found a piece of plastic in my food and obviously I was so disgusted and put off that I couldn't finish my meal. After complaining to Ocean Basket (since they prepared the food) I did not receive a response for 4 days! Then the lady from their head office told me that I would receive a refund from Uber Eats and she was so apologetic and so on... I then did not receive a refund and she did not phone me to follow up like she said she would. I then had to phone and phone and phone and leave messages to get a call back. Finally after 2 weeks since the incident I get a call back saying that Ocean Basket will replace my meal. I said I did not want a replacement meal, I wanted a refund (like they said i would get). She then tells me that Ocean Basket cannot refund and the refund needs to come from Uber Eats. She then says they have been trying and trying to get hold of Uber Eats but they can't... so basically... they can't do anything... and they simply don't care... So I lose ny cool and she then says she will continue to try get hold of Uber Eats and she'll give me a call back in the afternoon.... guess what? NO CALL!! I then message Uber Eats on Facebook and I got a refund within 30mins... how hard was that????? I am so sick and tired of bad service.... so thanks Ocean Basket, but you have lost a very loyal customer!
I am so tired of Mr Delivery ****ty service! EVERY SINGLE TIME I order there is a problem! Today I placed my order through the Mr D app and my food was supposed to arrive at 12.15pm. By 12.30 my food still hadn't arrived and had not even been collected. So I phoned Mr Delivery to find out what is happening and they told me that the food is ready at the restaurant but they don't have anyone to collect the order..... ARE YOU JOKING?! They are a Delivery company.... their only job is literally to deliver the orders.... I then asked the guy on the phone what time my order will be collected and delivered and he was so uncaring and basically told me that he doesn't know and I must just wait for my order. So I just cancelled the whole order. How can they accept my order and take my money if they know they don't have any drivers available??? This is only one of the hundreds of problems I have had with Mr D. They are the most useless company in SA!!
<p>I ordered a flowergirl dress from Posh Baby Boutique over 4 months ago. They told me that it would take 4 weeks to deliver. I have been emailing and emailing and am not getting any response! I think this service is disgusting because they have actually STOLEN my money! </p> <p>I am getting tired of receiving no response!</p> <p>Disgusting!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the 2nd time I am writing a review about them!
