Delivery after 2 months
<p>Placed an order online for my daughters birthday, paid with the rush fee option which was an additional R 50 to have it delivered after 5 working days - 2 months later and I just received my order - no reply to emails/ phone calls and no birthday outfit for my child - extremely disappointed - do not use</p>

So disappointed with returns
<p>I am so disappointed with your returns division - we received a faulty dvd and returned it immediately, we were not even informed that our return was finalised nor the outcome which was that they were not going to replace the faulty dvd which was faulty upon arrival - very disapointed with the service or rather lack of it</p>

Awesome online store with beautiful imported goods!
<p>I cannot understand why there are complaints, I have been using this online store for 6 years now and have loved their great service and especially their imported products - baby stuff you just dont find in SA! They are under new ownership and the service has improved even more than before. They always assist immediately by email with any queries I may have. Sometimes items are slightly delayed but that is because most items are imported and unfortunatley they dont have control over custom delays but overall I have no complaints. Their products are great in quality and I love the uniqueness of their gifts</p>
