Same pathetic service

If one have the same bad experience from two Postnet branches the same day, it proves Postnet have a standard, a pathetic one. I had the identical experience at Postnet Brentwood park as well. I went to Postnet Farramere this morning to have copies made and certified. I was told the person who does it will only be in after 14h00. I went back at 15h00, waited 15 minutes for service, and was then told this person will not be in today. These people have no concept of the cost of time, fuel and frustration. That is the result when owners leave small businesses for staff to run, it's only about the money.
