Postnet services are normally good but from time to time they do make mistakes that causes unnecessary frustration. I went to Postnet Cape Gate the one day to ask if they have fax services which they replied no they did not. The next day I was searching online for places that do have fax services and thought to myself lets just go and check on Postnet Cape Gate's website to make sure, and low and behold at the bottom of the home page under Digital Services Available In-Store they HAVE options for "Email and Fax Services" and "Fax2Email" which to my surprise led me to go there again that afternoon. When I asked them to help me send a fax via email they again said they cannot and that's when I told them it says they have the service on their website. All they needed to do was check on the website to confirm after I was there for the second time and tell me that the service is no longer part of Postnet. I am ok with them and hold no grudges but please guys, update your website to spare any frustrations in future.
