OWNER SHOPS MORE THAN SHE WORKS NEVER IN THE SHOP TO ATTEND TO CUSTOMERS !!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service. went there to get commissioner of oaths to stay documents had to wait and hour and a half as the shop owner was out shopping. she is never in the shop when needed to sign documents . wen there again today and guess what not there again where was she sitting at mug and bean stuffing her face. staff can never get hold of her . she is always out eating or shopping never in the shop. and her attitude to the customers after waiting an hour and a half for her is , its her shop she can do what ever she likes !!!!!!! rude ***** !!!!!
