Making sending parcels fun & easy with peace of mind
Such a professional and helpful team - always a pleasure when I go there. Personal touch, with global knowledge. Great tracking, updates and communication & team work on parcels received and sent - nationally and abroad. I often use them to send parcels to Canada but also locally. Today I popped in to send my best friend located on the other side of the country her birthday gift – and it took 5 minutes to get it done – I love it when tasks don’t feel like c****s! And I can just imagine my friend’s joy when she receives her gift. Having this service and then the footprint of all Postnet’s nationally, ensures peace of mind AND allows us to stay connected and experience that feeling of getting and sending parcels. Thank you

Nothing but thugs!
Over the past 2 months, I received 2 separate letters in the UK from my kids for my birthday and fathers day. Both of them arrived in the UK opened and money was stolen from them. Granted this could happen at any point of the postal route to the UK however, given that staff in the UK get well paid and looked after I think its safe to assume this from the SA supply chain! I am disgusted at POSTNET SA's response too. Basically saying oh well its out of our control as there are other suppliers in the chain. POSTNET you are providing a service, although its a poor one, its still a service and its up to you to check your supply chain and make sure things like this don't happen. Its disgusting to steal £5 from two young kids! Sadly nothing will change with a review but what I would say is stop supporting a local business that steals from its customers.
