Andre is a scam artist! Stay away from this business! He has taken R4500 from my wife and promised that he could get the letter she needed from Home Affairs for her dual citizenship application! At first, he was communicating regularly and then went quiet. He has evaded all questions regarding the application and recently turned his phone off. This behaviour is frankly disgusting. It's one thing to lose the money but it's another thing knowing how much time has been wasted on the application that we wont get back. Unacceptable and Unreal that people operate like this!
I had a monthly contract which I canceled once the contract ended and switched to pay as you go so my son could use the sim card. This was canceled in Feb and Vodacom is still debiting money off my account every month. This is totally unacceptable and disgusting! I contacted them in March when this happened and they assured me it was sorted. Clearly not! Pay it back Vodacom!
Over the past 2 months, I received 2 separate letters in the UK from my kids for my birthday and fathers day. Both of them arrived in the UK opened and money was stolen from them. Granted this could happen at any point of the postal route to the UK however, given that staff in the UK get well paid and looked after I think its safe to assume this from the SA supply chain! I am disgusted at POSTNET SA's response too. Basically saying oh well its out of our control as there are other suppliers in the chain. POSTNET you are providing a service, although its a poor one, its still a service and its up to you to check your supply chain and make sure things like this don't happen. Its disgusting to steal £5 from two young kids! Sadly nothing will change with a review but what I would say is stop supporting a local business that steals from its customers.
Placed a small order and paid for it on the 2nd of December. The initial order stated that delivery would take place 5 days later. This never happened. I logged on to track the order and it now states delivery on the 21st. Exceptionally poor service. I have recieved no communication about this change in date.
I had reached the point where my current iPhone has finally died. I went on to the Vodacom site to do an upgrade on the 22nd of January 2018. I was informed that this would take roughly 7 working days to get the phone. 3 weeks on, I still do not have a phone and after calling Vodacom daily, all they can tell me is that its still awaiting dispatch. No reason other than that can be provided. Like many people my phone is used 80% for business so having a phone that doesn't work can be a problem! From a user experience point of view, the Vodacom system is totally broken. How a telecom company that is service based can't dispatch a phone and not have a reason for it is totally beyond me. Its 2018 guys, get with the program! Perhaps its time to switch to another service provider.
<p>Purchased items with wedding vouchers. The deliver was then outsourced to Aramex who delivered to the incorrect house and simply left it with someone. ! I did not authorise this at all. When contact was made online with yuppichef they told me ....</p> <p>"I have followed up with the depot and the route courier is not at work today to advise where this parcel was delivered to.</p> <p>The courier will be back tomorrow and will provide feedback."</p> <p>So basically on driver is off and you cant even track his deliveries! Where is the sense in that from a logistcs point of view. It is the first and last time i will use or recomend Yuppiechef.!</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad form guys. get it together!</p>
