Terrible service at Postnet Glenwood
I was charged a R5 'usb fee' which I thought was exorbitant and something I have never encountered before. How can it cost R5 to print something off a usb? Additionally, the assistant did not have change, so she simply did not give me change - told me I could get my change when I next came in! The sheer utter cheek of it. Imagine if I asked for a service, then announced I couldn't pay, and told them I would settle up when I next came in..... Thing is, I won't be going back. There are other cheaper, more pleasant places to print documents or send parcels.

Service Service Service...Really the pitz *especially the manager with the rude ignorance manner . Where do you get off talking to people the way you do . And as for the little assistance colored girl . I mean really, change jobs if u hating the customer and just being at work . No customer service at all but rather rude uncultured youngsters

Postnet Glenwood
Postnet Glenwood is the worst postnet you could ever go to in your life! All the bad reviews written about them on Google. They were supposed to collect my passport on Tuesday the 27, today is Thursday the 29th and they still haven't collected it. If I didn't Call call them, they probably weren't even going to call let me know that they didn't collect it. The sad part Is I asked them of they'll be able to do it or not, I could've gone to a different courier company. They're so unprofessional and they don't care about their customers. Now I must stress and worry about the whereabouts of my passport. Do you how frustrating it is to go to Home Affairs? I'd advice everybody reading this to stay away from Glenwood Postnet. Do yourself a favor and don't be an idiot like me.
