No regard for clients by

The Assistant Branch Manager, one Chanelle Jv Rensburghas no regard for customers. I was the waiting to be assisted and she went and called on the customer that was behind me and I can only assume she is regular at the branch for her to be hand picked. So unfortunate because I've never experienced this at this branch before the staff is always friendly, what a bitter taste she left in my mouth.

I do hope it will be addressed and she will correct her behavior being a leader in the branch it was awful to witness.
