The Assistant Branch Manager, one Chanelle Jv Rensburghas no regard for customers. I was the waiting to be assisted and she went and called on the customer that was behind me and I can only assume she is regular at the branch for her to be hand picked. So unfortunate because I've never experienced this at this branch before the staff is always friendly, what a bitter taste she left in my mouth. I do hope it will be addressed and she will correct her behavior being a leader in the branch it was awful to witness.
On Tuesday Morning I visited the Checkers at Mall at carnival and as I was being attended by the lady at the deli I saw a few ****roaches waltzing in the food and when I pointed it out to the lady she was not shocked at all, she just flicked it (the largest one) away and responded "sithwele ngawo"... This left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and I was filled with absolute disgust because this clearly indicates the sight of these is not shocking to the staff but rather a norm and of no concern to the entity at all. My question is one are health checks not a thing in the food departments anymore, are inspections not taking place anymore. Is health and hygiene not a priority anymore?
Telkom gives people unsatisfactory service and don't attend to queries. And when you want to cancel your services with them they give you a run around. I was assisted by a lady Dineo Sello who claimed there was nothing she could do to assist me when I have forwarded the relevant documents for my query to be solved 2 months ago. I'm a very dissatisfied client and I will make sure no one in my family takes up business with this service provider.
I am expecting an urgent delivery which was despatched with RAM for delivery, my order is delayed I received no communication for the company for parcel tracking and progress of the delivery which I expected to be delivered today. Mr Emmanuel Dumisane Ndlanyamandla was the delivery man assigned to my parcel. I missed a single call from a number an unknown number about an hour late when I try to return the call this barbaric idiot with no cellphone etiquette, 2ho does not respect his job hung up in my ear after claiming he was at my gate and hooted several times and called several time my partner and gardener have been outside the whole day and no car stopped at our gate. I am disappointed in the service and would like this guy to be dealt with accordingly because I do imagine there are processes that are followed when it comes to handling or parcels and and clients. I do expect feedback on how he was dealt with if not I will be sure to take this up further. Thank you Regards
I am very disappointed in the level of service I received. It was just appaling and not satisfactory. I called in for assistance with my subscription this morning only to be assisted by a beyong incompetent Benedic Arends. He does not deserve to be employed with such a company that has always proven to solve customer queries timeously. He is rude and extremely unprofessional. He hung up in my ear during the call without even rendering any service or assistance to me. Multichoice will go down if it keeps people like him, lazy and redundant in their employ. I am extremely disgusted in this man's attitude towards me as a customer and to his job. His voice was even presented in a monotonous tone to show he was uninterested in rendering any service to me. Please provide feedback as soon as possible as to what is being done to this Benedic Arends, failing which I will escalate even further. Thank you and Regards Refentse Motsatsi
