Neglectful Service

Been shipping medication for 5 months, vital prescription medication that has all neccessary approvals from the the recieving country . This month however they changed their minds that they need different documents and had i not followed up and found out my medicine is still laying in their branch i would never have known they now need more documentation ! This is very important life dependant medication! No one reached out to us to ask that they needed more documents (all of the sudden) as the previous 5 months all was in order !
