Owner treated us like scum!
Bought my husband a new wedding ring and it was one size too big , phoned the lady and she said a new one will arrive in 3 days. After 3 days we went into the store where the owner was so rude treated us like scum and told us she doesnt know where the lady got her info from as it will take 15 at least ! He was so rude ! I didnt spend R20 000 but im still a customer ! Bad attitude!

Bad service from Locum at faerie glen pharmacy
Never in my life has a locum (Jacques) at a pharmacy treated me this badly , he accused me and my husband of recieving medicine without a prescription when i went home and confirmed from my side that I indeed still had a valid prescription with them till the end of the year and phoned him back to fix this he told me he does not have access to those files. To which i kindly asked him to then not accuse me of recieving medicine without a prescription if i infact do have one , he then proceeded to tell me i am being rude ! After googling the pharmacys nr i saw we were not the first people he treated like this a review had already been left by someone else a month prior! Digusting and unprofessional! Usually all the pharmacist at this pharmacy are helpful and nice but not jacques!

Neglectful Service
Been shipping medication for 5 months, vital prescription medication that has all neccessary approvals from the the recieving country . This month however they changed their minds that they need different documents and had i not followed up and found out my medicine is still laying in their branch i would never have known they now need more documentation ! This is very important life dependant medication! No one reached out to us to ask that they needed more documents (all of the sudden) as the previous 5 months all was in order !

HPCSA takes money and doesnt respond !
I recently moved to dubai and missed a payment on my HPCSA registration , now I have done the entire re application process and paid R3000 ,I was told it would take 28 working days we are now at 48 and still no response . Making countless expensive international calls and emails with no response or aid! I need to re register to be able to apply for a job in the UAE and the HPCSA are no help ! I managed to get a hold of a “seniors” email adress but to this day after numerous emails I have recieved no answer! What is a person to do if i am in a different country and i followed protocal and paid all the fees and they refuse to respond in order for me to register so that I can work ?

Bad service!
Went to chamberlains silverlakes to buy brand ring as we always do for our company to make canvasses , only to have 3 men tell us we must do it ourselves (we were 2 women) al we asked is that the brand ring not be skew otherwise the canvasses are compromised . Floor manager told us to pick the brand ring ourselves got to the place where they kept the 6 meters and ALL of them were skew , went back to see if we had beter luck with the 1.5 meters and we had to load all the wood ourselves , the asked for help with staplers to which 3 people was needed to assist and we left chamberlains without the staplers ! Thanks guys great service ?
