Uitstekende diens
Ek kan Francois jewelers ten sterkste aanbeveel, ek was een keer, lank terug daar in om ietsie klein te koop en die behulsaamheid en die kwaliteit diens wat ek gekry het was voortreflik, ek het daar en dan besluit dat as ek ooit iets wil laat maak of wil koop, sal dit by hulle wees! Daardie tyd het Chantal my gehelp en heel toevallig eindig ek weer by haar op, in November, ons wou n ring laat maak vir ons 20 jaar huweliksherdenking, ons het die spesifikasies vir Chantal gaan gee, ons het iets gaan drink daar in die kompleks, toe die kwotasie al deurkom, ons het daar en dan deposito te gaan betaal, hulle prys was verby billion! Chantal en Francois jewelers het uitstekende diens gelewer, ek het n Solitaire ring laat maak en later besluit nee, ek wil 2 pandjies bysit, hulle het dit dadelik gereël, ek kon Chantal dag of nag ****ak, sy was ook die hele tyd in ****ak met my! Ek besluit toe ek gaan nou maar "all out" gaan en n 9ct Witgoud hangertjie en "circle of life pendant" by hulle koop asook n tennis bracelet, later het oorbelle ook gevolg! Ek het nog n oorbel gaatjie ingeskiet (ek kan Chantal hoog aanbeveel, saam haar kollega het hulle sommer altwee gaatjies gelyk, pynloos ingeskiet). Hulle diens was reg deur uitstekend, ek kon vir Chantal vra vir ENIGE IETS, dan kom sy terug met fotos van verskillende armbandjies, oorbelle, hulle diens is uitstekend, beter gaan jy nêrens kry nie en nie net dit nie.... Francois en Chantal weet wat hulle in die winkel het, jy gaan geen juweel item, goedkoper en van beter kwaliteit iewers anders kry nie! My man het gereël vir grafering binne my ring en hoewel hulle dit nie self doen nie, het hulle die ring uitgestuur en n steentjie in die "o" se plek gesit! Jy kan hulle ENIGE iets vra en hulle laat dit gebeur! Wat my diep beindruk, is jy kan daar ingaan om n "goedkoper" item te koop of duur en jy word gegroet met dieselfde kwaliteit, vriendelike diens. Ek het my ring binne 4 weke gekry met al my veranderings, ek het sommer als daar gelos, dis so mooi verpak en toegedraai en alles saam die ring gaan kry voor Kersfees! Francois Jewelers is n spesiale plekkie (gem), half weg gesteek in the Grove mall. Maak gerus n draai. Kry n kwotasie, gaan kyk in die winkel, jy sal nie spyt wees nie! Al die juwele wat ek gekoop het, is so mooi en van uitstekende kwaliteit.....en dan het ek nog uitstekende diens ontvang! Hulle gaan uit hulle pad om hul kliënte te help! Ek sal NOOIT weer iewers anders gaan nie, Chantal en Francois jewelers, het n lewenslange kliënt in my! Ek sal NOOIT weer iewers anders koop nie en die beste is, as hulle nie iets het nie, kry hulle dit vir jou en dis die moeite werd om te noem, ek het in die besigste en moeilikste tyd van die jaar waar vervaardigers en vers******s sluit met hulle besigheid gedoen en ek het alles waarvoor ek kon vra voor Kersfees gekry, selfs my Nomination links! As jy top kwaliteit juwele en diens wil hê is Francois jewelers, die plek vir jou! Dankie Chantal (jy is al n vriendin), Francois jewelers en span!

VERY POOR QUALITY
I bought my husband's wedding ring in 2021 at Francois Jewellers in The Grove Mall. It is a Titanium ring with 2 gold rings inside. One of the golden rings have fallen out. After having to pay for the repairs, the golden rings are still falling out and we were told that it could happen because the rings are very thin. Why would you then make a ring like that and sell it? Really poor quality! I have to buy him a new ring now as he can't wear that ring anymore and it can't be fixed. Very disappointed! Secondly, for our one year anniversary, my husband also bought me a small silver necklace with a pearl in the middle at Francois Jewellers in The Grove Mall. After only having the necklace for 2 month and only wearing it on special occasions, the necklace just broke. We also had to pay for the repairs. Really poor quality jewellery! I will never buy ANY jewellery from them again!

Poor Sales and After Service
Bought a Tungsten ring for my Husband for R1795 on 27 December 2022 and not even one month old yet with a crack right through, nothing harsh was done to the ring. Calling just so the lady explains it is a fragile material and the sales person should have told us which he never did. They can’t fix it so nearly R2000 in the drain.

Owner treated us like scum!
Bought my husband a new wedding ring and it was one size too big , phoned the lady and she said a new one will arrive in 3 days. After 3 days we went into the store where the owner was so rude treated us like scum and told us she doesnt know where the lady got her info from as it will take 15 at least ! He was so rude ! I didnt spend R20 000 but im still a customer ! Bad attitude!

Extremely poor service
I bought a ring on the 03-08-2022 for the amount of R25975.00 at this specific jewellery store and since then 3 stones have fallen out. After the first stone fell out I had to go back and pay for this stone to be fitted after it not even being 3 months old. Nevertheless I had to go back a second time for the second stone that fell out for the ring to be sent in for repairs to which they told me it would take 7 days and they are sending it to a better goldsmith to the repair. After more than 14 days of waiting I had to phone them to get feedback about my ring, just to find out that the ring has come back the day before already, but it is no use for me coming in to pick the ring up as another stone has fallen out. At this stage I was extremely upset and dissatisfied with the whole situation and with the ring that keeps “breaking” and that I want a full refund as I only had the ring in my possession for 2 weeks at most for the rest it was with the jewellers. Not only was the manager extremely rude saying that I will not get a refund and I can collect my ring as it is “fixed”. I have requested on numerous occasions to speak to the owner directly but keep being refused. For this amount of money you would expect a proper ring as was sold to me as white gold and not silver as they are now suddenly referring to and that they would pay me my money back but refuse to do so. I would be very careful doing business with this establishment unless you want to end up utterly disappointed on your engagement/wedding day.
