Poor Sales and After Service

Bought a Tungsten ring for my Husband for R1795 on 27 December 2022 and not even one month old yet with a crack right through, nothing harsh was done to the ring. Calling just so the lady explains it is a fragile material and the sales person should have told us which he never did. They can’t fix it so nearly R2000 in the drain.
