Aramex service is starting to become a problem, suppliers should stop using them. In one week 2 of my parcels were incorrectly delivered. The one parcel has my name, surname, number and address but delivered at a hospital which I don’t even work at. No courier paper was given to the receiver. The receiver was nice enough to open the box, got the invoice and called me to five me my parcel. This is thousands of rands of stock and Aramex couriers are making mistakes like this. To me this is pure laziness of the driver. Second parcel the driver calls me and I arrange collection for someone to be at my address as I was busy with training. The following day when I got home to open it, it was not my parcel. I check the waybill details it is someone totally different parcel. Delivered at my address but waybill address is someone else. Different name, surname, address and number. Today I spoke to an agent to help as Aramex is so useless not to have customer service over weekends. It takes more than an hour for an agent to reach me on the WhatsApp line. Gave all information for them to check. Tsepho doesn’t even read properly what I tell him what my frustration is. The problem wasn’t even sold and he decided to close the case. Still I have someones parcel. Really useless they don’t care about client parcels. People should not use them. Companies from which we buy should not use them.
First order received someone else package. Then I thought all good they sent the correct ones just had to wait longer. Then I order a second order and the shampoo I saw leaked in the package. Didn’t think anything of it until everywhere I placed the bottle it was just shampoo. Meantime there was a pierced whole at the bottom of the product. Email them with a picture and then they ask me how much leaked out and wanted more photos. Really why would I lie. The shampoo couldn’t get pierced inside the package, as it was packaged well. That shampoo was pierced before it was packed. So both orders wrong so I won’t support then ever again and will also not recommend them to anyone. All that was offered was R30 voucher. No thanks I won’t be ordering again.
Pathetic service, working day number 9 and still no deposit back. Charge me for fuel when car is filled 100m from them and when sending the proof that it is filled then only they want to credit you…. Will never use your car rentals again. A lot of money that they can’t even pay back.
Bad customer service. 23 January 2025. I asked to close my account. Then they tried calling me and I could answer at work. They sent an email saying they can’t get hold of me. I rep**** saying I work with clients and can’t answer anytime as my work is physical work on clients. I then gave them a time for the next day when I will be available to answer. No one called me, no missed calls nothing. They then send me an email back stating again they couldn’t get hold of me, as stated there were no missed calls on my phone, saying that the call will be closed. I then sent an email back saying how can you close a call if it isn’t even dealt with??? Still today no feedback or any other calls. Pathetic and this is why I want to close both my accounts with capitec. One is a capitec business account.
Since my first email 8 January 2025 my banking details they still haven’t changed it and still I don’t get updates. I send what they ask me and when I follow up they ask the same thing. As if they don’t get my reply or they ignore me. But pay we must pay even with Bad Customer Service like this!! Ridiculous!
Being a client for 20 years plus and I have been treated like a ********. Even with proof or ****med information on one ***** case. FNB decides to close all my accounts. Poor investigation done. If I made the same mistakes over and over I would understand BUT ONCE. I was a victim as well and this is the help and feedback I get. Poor. Never had issues over the years. Closing 4 accounts and being a good client with good credit score. Worst investigator helped me on the case and very unprofessional. Don’t buy cars from their used cars. They lie about conditions of their cars. Apparently my car has been accident free but taken to professionals and they showed me all the areas done and for sure not accident free. I went to buy a car lighter on fuel and that is not what my car gives me. Done major service, no difference. They aren’t honest about fuel consumption. The financial department just assumed I will take the balloon payment on my car which I never confirmed. When signing papers I ask this is not what I said the lady said then we must refinance. Driving 400km, and need to leave in time to be back home. I was basically forced to accept what is given. First time I ever decide to go to proper car dealer and this is what a person gets.
Since December trying to open an account for Co2 gas bottle for our draught machine. Useless!!! The branch sends clients to register online. Online states contact within 10 working days. More than 20 working days later only receive one email asking for proof of residence. Send the proof back and until today no feedback. Useless company. Wordt I have ever came across.
Prompt support in changing debit order details
You guys ask clients to keep their information updated whenever it changes but now that I have done it, it is still not corrected. I gave my new home address to be stated on the new statement and I was promised it will show on my next statement and so ut never did. Your people can’t do their work at the call centre really. And when asked to send a statement with new details they can’t. Pathetic.
