I took my car for annual service at Mazda Edenvale. I dropped it just after 7am. At 15:15 I arrived at the garage and they told me that my car was serviced they busy washing it I must pay which I did. I waited for my car until 16:40 they kept on telling me to wait while the other people just came, paid and took their cars. By 16:40 when I got to my car I found that it was not washed, it was still dirty. I arrived home very late as there was traffic congestion at that time and I was with a child. When I got home I realized that the service warning light was still on meaning that I paid R5999 for the service that was not done on my car. The following day I got a call from someone asking about the service. She said she was a supervisor I told her what's happened. She said she will talk to the manager. Till today, I'm still waiting for them. I want my money so that I can take my car for service. Always when I call they tell me that the manager is busy. Now my car says it passed due date for service and the service warning light is there as a proof that my car was not serviced. This is the second time they made me wait like this. It happened in 2023 all the people who arrived with me in the morning they fetch their cars and left and I was the only one who had to wait up until 17:00 for my car to get serviced. N. On the 21st of August 2025 my husband went to Mazda Edenvale to buy a left backlight for a Mazda CX5. They asked for the car Vin number which they were given and light was paid for R 4198.05. I went to fetch the light on a Saturday 23red of August i went to fetch the light she i got there, the guy Shoni Lino that ordered the light for us took out the tail light and we checked it. I then told him this light doesn't look like the tail lights i have. He went out with me and double checked the vin number then checked the lights and could also see that the tail light they had given me its not the same as the one that is on the car. He checked the number on the box and the one on his PC screen certain digits were not the same. He took pictures of my car's tail light and then the vin number as well. He told me that we will get feedback within the next week. We had to keep following up with them up until i was told to come into the dealership on Friday the 12th of September because they want to look at the PUK number of the one that is on the car, which they did same day. I was told that they cannot pick up the PUK number on the old one, their head office or Mazda Sour africa will get back to me. My husband followed up today 17/09/2025 and was told that it is not their fault that the tail light we have is not the same as the one they ordered is thebone that matches the vin number. Now we are being forced to take a tail light that will not work on the car and its different from the other one. Please note: we did not even take the light home, it was returned there and then. They don't want to give us same tail light and also do not want to refund us. We do not have the tail light and also no refund.

Unhappy client, my car was recently serviced by Mazda Edenvale, upon receiving my car a personal item was missing. I logged a complaint with the dealership hoping for a resolution and I received no feedback or a response from the manager. I was even more surprised that MAZDA head office also failed to assist in this matter. For a reputable organization MAZDA has no ethics in customer service is gravely shocking.

Don’t buy cars from their used cars. They lie about conditions of their cars. Apparently my car has been accident free but taken to professionals and they showed me all the areas done and for sure not accident free. I went to buy a car lighter on fuel and that is not what my car gives me. Done major service, no difference. They aren’t honest about fuel consumption. The financial department just assumed I will take the balloon payment on my car which I never confirmed. When signing papers I ask this is not what I said the lady said then we must refinance. Driving 400km, and need to leave in time to be back home. I was basically forced to accept what is given. First time I ever decide to go to proper car dealer and this is what a person gets.

Bought a second hand vehicle from Mazda Edenvale. Before the purchase, I asked about prior accidents and they pointed out the back right of the vehicle had an incident but they fully repaired it and even showed me all the body work done. About a year and a half later I took the vehicle in to Ford for a service and asked them to check all the bulbs in the car as I was going on holiday and wanted to make sure everything is in order. Ford then phoned me to ask if the vehicle was in a previous accident as they found an issue. They informed me that the entire rear right fog lamp assembly was missing and that whoever repaired the damage just covered it up with a rear reflector. I then contacted Mazda (Jason Roberts) and told them the repairs were done incorrectly and that I'd like them to replace the parts and the vehicle was sold as fully repaired. They then went on about the car is too old (4years) even though I've only had it for a year. I told them I'd be making a complaint and taking the matter further after which the sales rep, Jason Roberts, sent me a long voice note stating I shouldn't worry, they will take care of it. A month passed with no feedback. I contacted Jason again to see what's happening just to get a short, they cant help me response. They were caught lying/covering up an incorrect repair and now that I've called them out, they just refuse to assist further. I've made a case with MOISA to handle my case. I would caution anyone buying a second hand vehicle from them to have the vehicle inspected by someone else as they cover up cheap repairs but promise you the world before they have your money. Utterly shocking service and a bunch of typical thieving sales reps and sales management. Avoid this dealer.
