Nedbank/MFC has the worst service and that time they are able to deduct money on your account each month without fail. I have been sent from pillar to post and told that they can’t see on the system that I called
I’m not receiving the service that I am paying for. If I can get this bad service before I can claim what more if I can claim in future. One of their consultants made a mistake on my premiums and reverting it is a problem.
I am a regular customer at Mcdonald ‘s Malboro. I usually buy Cappuccino. This time I bought tall Cappuccino and it was half, mind you this was the first time. When I asked, I was told I must be grateful that I got a well trained barista because that’s how it should be . The manager cannot even resolve a simple complaint but she will gaslight you and take Zero accountability. Her name is Patience

I am highly disappointing with the delivery service that I have been receiving for 3 consecutive times when ordering through the Nando's App. 1st incident was when the driver did a "PLEASE CALL ME" and expected me to know that it was the delivery. He returned my order to the store . At the store they called me and when I told them I received a callback he **** to say that he attempted to call me and could not get hold of me.. I received my order the second. 2nd time different day same driver came to delivery my food and did a callback, I called him with my own airtime so that i can get my food. The most interesting part was that he did not have the slip and the amount he saw on the Nando's app was showing him full amount despite using a voucher to pay for pay of my bill . Today another driver did the famous "PLEASE CALL ME" I did not return it because I did not know what it is for, only to find out that it is the Nando's driver (different one)r. He returned my food to the store and they called me to say the driver called me and my phone was on voicemail. I confirmed that he did a please call me and he never called me because my phone was on, they returned him. I was instructed to go wait at the delivery area(at work) the driver will comeback. Ay ngoba ke I am hungry I did exactly that. When the driver came, he shouted to say that I need to understand the airtime runs out so when I see a please call me I need to know that the driver is outside. The driver was rude. My meals were cold and came in late. I need to understand all this, all the dam time. All the time I am inconvenienced by the poor service I am receiving on your side. I am overcharged, UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVERS, my meals arrives late and cold.
I only needed assistance with checking the amount paid to a particular account and Lord I was sent from pillar to post. Latoy attempted to assist me but with no luck. I’m actually dissatisfied with the service, after I have been with them for over 10 years.
We were the last client to pay at Spar Sediba in Hartees. When we got to our vacation home 2 items were missing. What business are they running there. I’m utterly disgusted and I want my money back .
I received a delivery a month ago and they didn’t register my SIM card. I called Telkom to register the upgraded simcard and they sent to me call sell direct. Oh my goodness hell awaited for me. The supervisor I assume Fatima was rude didn’t even thank me for holding and told me that they can’t assist. This is the first time being told I need to go to Telkom shop to register a SIM card. Also telkom agents are rude and they didn’t assist. I regret my 2nd upgration with Telkom
