VERY POOR QUALITY

I bought my husband's wedding ring in 2021 at Francois Jewellers in The Grove Mall. It is a Titanium ring with 2 gold rings inside. One of the golden rings have fallen out. After having to pay for the repairs, the golden rings are still falling out and we were told that it could happen because the rings are very thin. Why would you then make a ring like that and sell it? Really poor quality! I have to buy him a new ring now as he can't wear that ring anymore and it can't be fixed. Very disappointed! Secondly, for our one year anniversary, my husband also bought me a small silver necklace with a pearl in the middle at Francois Jewellers in The Grove Mall. After only having the necklace for 2 month and only wearing it on special occasions, the necklace just broke. We also had to pay for the repairs. Really poor quality jewellery! I will never buy ANY jewellery from them again!
